The main aim of the Authorized Training Center is to combine the non-governmental information education system through the Training Centers to provide the expertise training courses, support trainees to get the certificates from the foundation, offer sufficient expertise resources, and promote enterprises manpower efficiency and production to reach the goals of the foundation. At the moment, there are more than two hundred Authorized Training Centers island wide which offer the complete learning courses from the basic learning to certificate-taking for all the trainees.

　　The Authorized Training Center support programs planning, relative materials, training courses and evaluation services to ensure exam of qualities and learners benefits by CSF.

The Authorized Training Center provides the services as follow:

	Application form and relative information, CD-ROM and relative books are sold by foundation.
	Provide certificated advertise and information service.
	Support members to group registration for certificates.
	Offer relative certificates training courses.
